The BlūBird is CTT’s newest innovation in ultralight tracking: a hybrid, solar-rechargeable 2.4GHz digitally-coded radio tag that combines the proven solar technology of the BlūMorpho with a high-efficiency rechargeable battery. This allows the tag to transmit continuously—day and night—even through multiple days of low light. With just a few hours of sunlight, BlūBird stays fully charged and transmits every 3 seconds. All in a base weight of just 0.2g.
