While some of our products can be readily shipped, other products are customized to a specific wildlife application and will require our standard build time of 6-8 weeks. On completion of your order, we will contact you with your estimated product build time.

If construction of your order has not been started, you are entitled to a full refund. However, no refund or returns will apply to any customized device. 

Products such as Locators, Nodes and SensorStations can be cancelled at any time, as they do not require customization.
