For projects where GSM is not an option, we offer the Evolution Series 200 GPS/UHF tracker. With UHF comes low operating power, range that can rival GSM towers, and greater flexibility. UHF is perfect for smaller study species, nest box studies, and remote locations. You can deploy CTT SensorStations to detect our GPS/UHF tags and build coverage areas, just like the commercial GSM networks. UHF base stations are field deployable for long term studies. Data are collected automatically and sent to our servers for viewing and analysis.
Our GPS/UHF tracking devices feature all of the sensors common in the Evolution Series, including accelerometer and temperature sensors. UHF can also be augmented with Argos Satellite capability.
